Social Media Manager

Description

Plus500 is looking for a Social Media Manager responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's organic social media presence. The role involves content creation, community management, and trend analysis. Creative thinking, strong writing skills, a proactive ‘can do’ approach, and knowledge of finance are highly valued and should contribute to the company's growth in the organic social media space.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Plus500’s organic social media strategy across platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Telegram.
  • Plan and enhance localization and brand awareness with local teams in various regions.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, images, videos, stories) that aligns with the brand voice and objectives.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and insights, staying updated with the latest platform changes and best practices.
  • Manage and grow the social media community by engaging with followers and fostering positive interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all digital channels.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and manage social media calendars to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
  • Work with local content creators.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate setting with a focus on organic growth.
  • Proven track record of growing and managing social media channels organically.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in content creation, video production, and photography.
  • Knowledge of finance or experience in the finance industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in TikTok and other short-form content platforms, with a demonstrated track record of producing engaging content.
  • Experience with video editing software such as Premiere, Final Cut, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew is required.
