Senior ASIC DFT Engineer

Role Summary

As a Senior ASIC DFT Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of test strategies for ASIC products. You will work closely with design and verification teams to ensure that the products meet the required specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement DFT (Design for Test) methodologies for ASIC designs.
• Collaborate with design teams to integrate DFT features into ASIC products.
• Create test plans and test cases for ASIC validation.
• Analyze test results and provide feedback to design teams.
• Work on improving test coverage and efficiency.
• Participate in design reviews and provide DFT expertise.
• Mentor junior engineers in DFT practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ASIC design and DFT.
• Strong knowledge of DFT techniques such as scan, BIST, and JTAG.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or TCL.
• Experience with EDA tools for DFT analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
