Executive Assistant - Temporary Position

Mobileye's EPG team is seeking for an experienced and proactive Executive Admin to support our Senior Management, specifically the Executive VP of EPG Software. This role involves managing daily operations within the department and ensuring the smooth execution of key activities.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a strong commitment to confidentiality. 

What will your job look like?

  • Calendar Management: Schedule and prioritize meetings, appointments, and events for maximum productivity.
  • Project Assistance: Support the planning, execution, and tracking of key projects.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas for staff meetings and monitor action items (ARs).
  • Administrative Support: Lead administrative processes and projects within the group.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build relationships with key contacts across HR, IT, Operations, and other departments.
  • Logistics Support: Coordinate meetings, events, happy hours, and visits with external companies, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.

All you need is:

  • Academic degree
  • At least 3 years of administrative experience in a similar position, preferably in the high-tech industry.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew & English) – mandatory.
  • Experience with Outlook, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office suite – mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, service-oriented – customer experience is a key concern.
  • Excellent organizational skills – able to plan, prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude who takes initiative and gets things done.
  • Willingness to work in a temporary position.
