Business Analyst

We’re seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team and help turn data into more intelligent decisions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO?

  • Process Analysis & Optimization
    Map operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements that support daily execution and long-term performance.
  • Business Intelligence
    Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support real-time visibility and more intelligent decision-making.
  • Data Interpretation & Support
    Translate complex data into actionable insights for operations teams and senior management.
  • Budget Control & Financial Analysis
    Conduct budget monitoring and expense analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration
    Work closely with fleet, tech, finance, and HR departments to support operational and business needs through data.
  • Project Participation
    Contribute to projects to improve workflows, digitize operations, and track performance.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED?

  • B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management (required)
  • 2+ years of experience in business/operations analysis
  • Experience with budget control and financial data analysis
  • Proficient in Excel, Power BI (or equivalent tools)
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, global environment
