Main Tasks:

Analysis

Performance data management – collection of data from internal/external sources, database design and connectivity to existing/new reports

Maintaining consolidation activity reports

Design and production of periodic performance reports, including design of dashboard

Detailed analysis of profit centers performance – trends, upturns/downturns, efficiency

Provide recommendations and alerts to management based on the analyzed data

Budget & Control

Budget preparation and actual performance monitor

Profit centers targets and KPIs monitoring

Ongoing discussions and guidance over results and ways to improve performance

Ad-hoc Reports and presentations

Projects

Initiate, lead and follow planned and ad-hoc projects, including process improvements and providing new management tools for big data control and efficiency

Requirements: 

Academic education: Economics/ Accounting/ Business management/ Industrial Engineering and Management

Minimum 3 years of experience in an analytical/ economic position- a must

Master ability in Excel (including advanced VBA, big data management) - a must

Proficiency in other office tools and PowerPoint in particular

Experience with analytical tools development

High level of analytical skills

Fluency in English language (Speaking, reading and writing)
